Pressure and flow instability in the rougher/scavenger cyclone-pack can lead to problems.
These include reduced life of the IsaMill with frequent temperature and density interlock trips; below nominal power of IsaMills; and flooding of cleaner flotation due to rapid cyclone open/close disturbances.
