My electric actuators frequently lose calibration or fail altogether due to temperature and/or vibration issues?


Our Bettis M2CP electric actuator includes robust steel gears throughout the drive train including limit and torque switch gears.

Most other electric actuators use plastic encoder gears, which can be prone to slippage and breakage; especially in high cycle, high temperature, and high vibration applications

I have remotely-located control valves that are painful to get plant air supply to?

Our Bettis RTS electric actuators are designed for continuous, high-resolution modulation. They are available in both mechanical spring failsafe and fail in-place designs and are even available with Fisher Valve Adaption.

I have electric actuators that regularly fail in modulating control applications?

Most electric actuators are limited to 1,200 starts (S4-50) per hour or less. Our Bettis RTS utilizes a brushless DC motor rated for continuous modulation (S9)
